Hi, I’m Mark.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful and lasting change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, trauma, and family stress. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, so it’s important to me to focus on building strong, trusting relationships so that clients feel safe, supported, and understood throughout the therapy process. My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I help clients develop real-life coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. I use evidence- based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves and move forward with confidence.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
