I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor who comes to meet you on the couch with 15 years of experience supporting and guiding clients from early adolescence through the lifespan. In addition, as an Approved Clinical Supervisor I provide supervision and care management to the Licensed Associate Counselors and their patients in the practice. I view my clients through a strengths based lens which promotes client growth in the areas of self validation, assertiveness skills and self efficacy.

My clinical passions include attachment based therapy, providing psychoeducation and resources to build mental health awareness and trauma informed care. I believe everyone has a relational narrative to tell and early life relationships impact how we function in the here and now. My top priority is to provide quality care that I would want for my own loved ones in a supportive, engaging, conversational and calm environment.

I am an advocate for regular self care and enjoy travel adventures, photography and trying new recipes.
